StudySalary turns a Pomodoro timer into a tiny job. You clock in, a plush Salary Cat studies with you, and each finished session pays you a pretend salary you can invest and watch grow.
How it works
1. Clock in
Start a session and your Salary Cat sits down at its desk to study with you.
2. Get paid
Finish the whole session and your paycheck lands. A reset or a skip pays nothing.
3. Invest
Spend your fake salary on real stock tickers. Prices come from delayed market data.
4. Build your city
Your net worth grows a small Study City, one building at a time.
Your study buddies
Salary Cat is the face of the place, and five friends can take its seat: a fox, a penguin, a dog, a frog and a capybara. Your companion types away while you focus, naps on your breaks and does a little hop when payday hits.
Free, and yours
You can use the timer, salary, portfolio, Study City, streaks and badges for free, with no ads. You don't need an account either. Your progress saves in your browser, and you can sign in later if you want it on your phone too.
The money is pretend. Salary, cash and portfolio value have no real cash value, and the market data is delayed and not financial advice.
